Sweet Potato Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 cup large pecan pieces
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. For casserole mix sweet potatoes, sugar, 1 tsp butter, eggs, and cinnamon and put in casserold dish. Mix brown sugar, chopped pecans, flour and 1/3 cup butter for topping and place on casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
